The Executive Lounge on the 5th floor was a highlight, offering a pleasant ambiance and quality refreshments. The breakfast selection was impressive, providing a variety of options to kickstart the day.While the initial room I was given had some issues, the staff promptly addressed my request for a change and were responsive to my needs. The second room was cleaner and more comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel's location opposite the Vienna International Center is ideal for those attending meetings at the UN, and the nearby bus service to the airport for a nominal fee was a convenient perk.Arcotel offers good value for money with its well-appointed rooms, efficient staff, and excellent breakfast options. It's a practical choice for business travelers looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.
